Charging instruction

Charging instructions will help drivers if they have difficulty charging at a public station.

1. You arrived with your cable

If you came with your own cable, then follow the instructions below:

1. Connect the charging cable to the socket in the charging station. Plug the second connector into your car's charging port.

2. Select the charging station in the mobile app and click the "Start Charging" button

3. The process of charging your electric car has begun

Attention! Follow the steps in the next paragraph

4. Click the "Finish Charging" button in the app

5. Disconnect the charging cable first from your electric vehicle and then from the station.

Attention! Don't forget to take your cable out of the charging station and pick it up

2. The cable is built into the station

1. Plug the charging cable into your car's charging socket

2. Select the charging station in the mobile app and click the "Start Charging" button

3. The process of charging your electric car has begun

Attention! Follow the steps in the next paragraph

4. Click the "Finish Charging" button in the app

5. Disconnect the charging cable from your electric vehicle
